COVID-19 Safety Guidelines
As of July 15th, passengers will be required to wear a facial covering in situations where social distancing is not possible. We understand that bus travel can make social distancing difficult. To help protect yourself and those around you when you travel, wear your face covering throughout the trip as required and sanitize your hands regularly.
Exceptions will be made for customers with medical conditions, have trouble breathing or for children less than 2 years old.
We will have a limited number of masks available for customers who are unable to bring their own.
Customers who choose not to comply with this policy may be precluded from traveling with us in the future.
Our drivers will be also wearing masks when social distancing is not possible. This includes while loading or unloading luggage and any other interactions with customers. Drivers will be socially distanced from passengers when operating the vehicle and will not be required to wear a mask while doing so.
We are encouraging customers to use extra space to create physical distance from one another, where possible.
Cleaning/Disinfecting Procedures
We have been and will continue to wash and wipe down all of our buses on a daily basis
We are providing individual hand sanitizers to all of our employees.
Disinfectant wipes will be placed on all buses so that high traffic areas, hand rails and hard surfaces can be wiped down regularly.
A bus is removed from service and subjected to a complete decontamination process if we are notified by the CDC that a customer or employee is exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms
This is in addition to the deep cleaning and sanitization that occurs after each bus trip.
